Careful personalised guidance and communication

We try to create an atmosphere where new dojo students feel comfortable and at ease in the classroom.
No matter how many students there are in the dojo, we will get to know each and every one of them and teach them carefully. For this reason, we will also discuss this with the parents in close cooperation with the youngsters.
We will keep in close contact and consultation with each dojo leader to ensure that new dojo members are kept alive.

● Visit 1
The person in charge explains the dojo's training and education policy to the parents of the dojo students or to the students themselves.
(i) Greetings and self-introductions as well as explaining the dojo for better communication.
(ii) Ask for an understanding of the environment in which they can come to the dojo and this will confirm when and at what time they can come.
(iii) Identify the motivation for why you are doing karate.
(iv) Naturally, it is the person's living and family environment that is the issue. We will ask you about your life beliefs.
(v) Through karate, they gain an understanding of possible values.

● Visit 2
Ask for their impression of the karate dojo. At this time, you will also be asked how you would like to be initiated into the dojo.
Communication is definitely important, but listen fully to the impressions made during the first introductory experience.
It is important to listen carefully to what was not confirmed.
In addition, they confirm their motivation for learning karate once more.
Check carefully the views of the family and other relevant information.
The training schedule will be confirmed.
