Name	The late Noboru Tezuka 9-dan
profile	Inheriting the will of the founder of Kyokushin Karate, the late President Oyama Baitatsu, the organisation actively contributes to the correct upbringing of young people and international exchange through karatedo. It has branches in more than 40 countries around the world and actively promotes family-oriented groups.

Name	Fumiko Tezuka
profile	The late Mrs Tezuka, wife of the late founder of Kyokushin Karate, Oyama Baitatsu, has supported the management of the dojo and the group both internally and externally for over 40 years. She was appointed as the group's representative to carry on the late president's legacy.

Name	Yoshimichi Mori 9-dan
profile	During the lifetime of the late President Oyama, he participated in numerous championships and aspired to master karate. Later, with the aim of contributing to society, including youth education, he was commissioned as a probation officer by the Minister of Justice, and was also nominated and appointed as a member of the Juvenile Police Auxiliary Commissioner. In view of his past achievements, he was recommended by Representative Fumiko Tezuka and appointed as the new President on 9 December 2017, following approval by the National Director.

Name	Masanori Sugihara 4-dan
profile	Joined Kyokushinkai at the age of 19 and trained under Mori Shihan (current President). Later, at the request of the late President Tezuka, he returned to Kyokushinkaikan after several years. As head of the Tokyo head office and secretary-general of the head office, he has devoted himself to the development of the group. The late President Tezuka's legacy of "Karate is a means to an end; realise youth education through karate" is an important part of the group's management.

profile	1982年極真会館旧北海道支部入門、3年間の陸上自衛隊勤務を経て、渡米 2002 Completed Master's degree, Meiji Acupuncture University of America, China Medical Doctor 2011 Kyokushin Tezuka Group USA Oregon Branch Head Approved 2014年六段、手塚会長より国際事務局開設要請に伴い、国際事務局長に。

profile	The motto of the school is "to raise strong-minded children who can overcome difficulties through karate", and the belief is that training should be suited to the level of the individual.
